Mondus is a pre-seed startup with a huge mission to fix the way money is lent to people to buy their own homes. They had a very clear mission and set of foundations to build a great brand from - we worked with them to build a solid start for the visual part of that brand with room to grow with the company
A strong narrative was built around the circle which comes from the modus name. We carried this idea into the circle building the logo itself. So the a custom font was created and each letter grew out of this foundational building block.
They wanted the ability to have an icon that can sit with the logo or on its own, so we came up with the concept of the lift icon. Mondus stands for helping people and giving them a lift up to own their own home so with addition of this foundational element, we give the logo a sense of elevation which aligns to the mission.
We created templates for the brands usage across digital and print, again using the lift icon and underline element always supporting the message. Imagery was explored along with different colour themes. We wanted to give enough to get them going but not lock the brand in with too any rules so it can grow with the product.
An initial v1 website template was created to get things started but again this will evolve as needed.
EduMe is a workforce training platform aimed at the deskless workforce providing a seamless learning experience intergrating with existing systems and processes. As an early employee, we created an MVP, which was tested and validated with early users and iterated upon as the product scaled. We created a responsive web based learning experience, a native app on iOS and Android and also an editing platform for content creators to create and publish leaning content to their workers. We went from 0 users to millions.
The core learning experience was a social story format which was becoming a very common interaction with digital products. Learning templates were designed to be simple & flexible allowing content creators to build highly engaging lessons for their workers.
Flexibility was considered from day. Quiz templates could easily scale and with simple styling changes, allow brands to continue their look and feel into the eduMe experience to make the feeling of seamless learning even stronger.
To create these lessons an authoring tool was created. This was built in a way that a content creator could see exactly how the lessons would appear to their workers and give them full publishing and editing control.
For speed and consistency a component library of reusable UI elements was created that went across both internal and external products. This was kept pretty flexible as it evolved over time with the products.
Aidan was with eduMe from the start and was pivotal in driving the product from a proof of concept MVP to a successful offering with product market fit. Grasping complex problems quickly and turning them into working products for users is his superpower and will mean you are able to iterate with speed and build products customers want.

WePlay Sport gives players of passions sports the ability to record their matches using computer vision and AI, to create dynamic, sharable best moment and highlight videos. It also pulls out stats from the match which up till now has been a very expensive and manual process.
We worked up some basic branding for the product creating a logo, a colour set to use within the digital product, website, print and pretty much wherever the brand needs to be to get some traction.
We did an initial review of the existing iOS app making some smaller tweaks where needed to get the beta going and have been working on improving the experience where needed from user insight and experimentation. We also created a new Android app as was found a big portion of users were on this platform.
The biggest challenge for users was found to be recording the matches as the existing process was manual using the native camera app and iCloud for upload. it was also a more manual challenge on the back end matching recordings to matches in the system. A new app was created to make this a bit easier through automatic matching of fixture to video and also taking care of all uploads to the user doesn't have to worry about lose files.
